The Brotherhood Synagogue encourages our members to generously support the 2009-2010 Annual Fund Campaign. Membership dues and program fees sustain only a portion of our synagogue’s financial needs. All the members of Brotherhood recognize our great responsibility to provide each congregant a rich resource for spiritual expression, for religious education at all levels, for illuminating cultural events, for community-centered programs.
During the past year, the Annual Fund raised over $780,000 which has allowed us to continue our work without financial restrictions. Our Nursery and Religious Schools offer our students the highest level of education. Our services on Shabbat and Holidays are inspirational to an ever-growing core of Brotherhood’s membership. Our homeless shelter provides a place of warmth to guests and a source of mitzvot to volunteers. Our Tikvah program offers those with learning disabilities an innovative means to become b’nai mitzvah. And it’s the Annual Fund that assures us no one in our community is denied membership because of economic hardship. Please become part of the Annual Fund family at an amount meaningful to you.
